I'm going to post how much I lose daily. As long as I remember and I'm in town. Not too bad for less than 3 weeks. Plus last night I ate at a restaurant. I could barely eat very much. It's not like I was feeling sick or anything. My body was full and a switch flipped and I was done. The mind is a powerful thing.
