Before and During pictures

Here I go!! I'm posting my before and 20 lbs lost pictures.



I don't know how this is happening!

That's basically what Jonathan has said about his weightloss. He has lost 9 lbs in two weeks. He doesn't diet..... At all! The weight is just coming off. I'm pretty amazed as well.

I'll be putting in my measurements tomorrow. I'll post my 8 week weigh in on Saturday.

Effortless Healing Now

Jonathan started up a Facebook page and needs some likes. If you would please go there and do so that would be great. The hypnosis has really helped our family and not just in the weightloss area. Our kids are going to sleep so much faster. Lily would stay up super late every night and be so tired in the morning. She is now falling asleep at a normal time and has so much more energy. Jonathan is doing it too.

Jonathan started the Hypnosis for weight loss about 4 weeks ago. He started at about 224 lbs and as of this morning he's 217.3 lbs. He saw the scale come down about 2 weeks ago. He's eating so much less. He's not on a diet at all. He's pretty amazed that this is working so well for him.

Body Image

This is still a struggle of mine. When I lost 84 lbs after I had Emma I still saw myself as big. When shopping for clothes I would still go over to the big sizes. It was a tough thing mentally.

I'm hoping this time it'll be much different. Since with hypnosis you are healing from the inside out. My confidence is stronger and I believe I can do this. I do have my moments and I slip back to thinking maybe I'll get stuck at a certain weight forever. There is a difference this time though. I dont believe I'll ever regain it ever. I know deep inside I'll get to my goals. Just sometimes that stinky thing called doubt comes in. Although this has been the easiest way I have found to burn the fat it is still a process. A process I'm soooooooooo glad Jonathan introduced to me. I'm excited for my journey and the success I will receive.

Slacking.

I've been a bad blogger lately. I had a rough week last week. I stayed good with my eating habits. I just gained like 3 lbs and it was so frustrating. But in the last 2 days I lost all that I gained plus a tiny bit more. I think it was the fruit leather I was eating. It's all natural but it's dehydrated fruit and I can imagine your body giving up so much water to re hydrate the fruit. When your body doesn't get enough water it hoards all that it can.

I decided to re listen to all the weeks of the hypnosis. I was starting to doubt in myself so I'm listening to the confidence one again. It's really helping.

Jonathan is also doing it as well. He says his eating habits are changing too.

5 week weigh in

16.9 lbs!!!! Yay. I'm exercising everyday and I think it's really helping me along. Also I'm drinking lots of water. I have 6.1 lbs to get to one of my medium goals. I hope by the beginning of February.

Yay!!!!! Again

I went down in pants size. I have 4 pairs of pants that no longer stay up. I could still use them with a belt but I see that as a punishment. It's like I let myself get like this so I have to wear the big pants until I've learned my lesson. Nope I've earned the pleasure to wear the smaller pants and be reminded of my accomplishments all day.

Inches update

In 2 weeks I have lost 9.63 inches all over. I did not lose that much in pounds. It just shows the scale isn't the only way to measure weightloss success.

Scale stress.

Once again I've put too much importance into the scale. I worry that I won't lose weight the next day. It's really stressing me out. I shouldn't do that so I'm weighing once a week on Saturday. It'll be nice to see a bigger number lost than the little ones I've been getting. I'm still measuring tomorrow.

15.1 lbs

I did it I lost 15.1 lbs in 1 month. Now I have 7.9 lbs to get to my next mini goal. I'm hoping for the first week of February. I'm going to do measurements on Wednesday.

Almost there

Down another .2 lbs. Its a small amount and I'll surely take it. Will I make my goal of 15 lbs this month. I need to lose .2 lbs by Tuesday. Lets see if I make it.

Pretty consistent

Loss as of this morning is 14.6 lbs. I thought after my loss of 1.4 lbs yesterday I might not lose anything today. Still amazed!!!!!! Today marks 4 weeks. I'm hoping for 15 lbs lost during the first month. I just need to lose .4 lbs by the 8th.

Yay!!!

I woke up to a nice drop on the scale. I lost 1.4 lbs and for a total of 14.2 lbs. I'm 8.8 lbs until I reach my first goal. I am still in awe of how well this is working. I'm actually going to be successful. No more yoyo ing. Soooooo excited.
